Cofactor Genomics is one of only a few companies that construct Next-generation sequencing libraries for all the major platforms and for all applications including DNA, RNA and custom library construction. Our goal is to make highly complex libraries to meet the high quality standards of our clients.
At Cofactor, our scientists bring their unique bench experience combined with Cofactor’s empirically founded library construction methods. We accomplish this through our rigorous in-house quality control steps and critical feedback from our analysis team.
Based on our experience we know after most steps in library construction whether or not we are going to make a successful NGS library.
Simply put, libraries constructed here at Cofactor have a low probability of failure and are of high-complexity. Next-gen library prep is not a trivial molecular biology technique. Because we have the expertise, tools and communication already established over thousands of samples that value is passed on to your experiment.
Even though there are very good ‘kits’ available for next-gen library construction, without the proper techniques and equipment to QC the library, very little confidence can be had before loading the sample onto a sequencer. Cofactor has the experience and infrastructure to give you confidence in us delivering the best results for your science. It’s in our D&A™.
