De-Novo Assembly Webinar
Cofactor Genomics is pleased to announce our second webinar on de-novo Assembly to be held on June 22nd, at 12:00 P.M. central time. Registration is free and open to the public.
The webinar will present key aspects and results of a successful de-novo assembly sequencing project. Specifically, we will focus on the molecular technique developments from our R&D group that ensure maximal complexity and information in the resulting libraries, how multiple sequencing platforms are leveraged to produce the best assemblies, and how Cofactor's analysis team has developed methods and visualization to produce and assess the best possible assemblies.
Cofactor's COO Jon Armstrong and Assistant Scientist Dave Long will again lead the conversation.
